Life as it is..Thank You

the number of hours that I think about how to make my life better are countless. But today I watched a show "Jeremy Kyle" and I was dumbstruck by the number of people who are so noble in their day to day lives that I felt small.

There was this mother who has a child whose skull was not developed and so the brain is in a sac and not in the skull and they just live every moment rather than crib about it. I don't know if i could ever be so brave but one thing is that I need to be more thankful and count my blessings everyday.
